Paparazzi services are at starting prices and are subject to change according to length, texture, and added colors or techniques. A shampoo and finished style is recommended for desired results.

PLEASE be considerate of other clients in the salon by not allowing your child to run wild or be loud. You will be asked to leave as everyone’s business is important to us. A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere is what we strive to offer. If your child decides that they don’t want a haircut and starts crying for whatever reason during their haircut, the haircut will not be performed as the child will be disrupting our ambiance. Please try to reschedule for a different time and day and pay for the services performed that day. Thank you for being considerate of others and respecting Paparazzi Hair Salons policies.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We will gladly exchange any product purchase within 7 days of purchase. We want you to be able to duplicate your salon style as much as possible by offering the same great products we use in the salon for home use. If, for any reason, you have any questions about how and when to use your products please don’t hesitate to call us. We want you to have your best hair. Any of our stylists will be glad to re-illiterate how to use the products and the best way to style your hair for you. If any product purchase isn’t to your satisfaction or you just can’t get it to work for you when you get home please be respectful of our 7-day exchange policy. We can offer something comparable. After 7 days we can no longer offer any exchanges. No cash value.
For any reason you leave the salon and change your mind we can help accommodate a change. Whether it’s a color or cut service. We strive in customer service and want you to feel as confident and beautiful with your hair services. You can use the same stylist or request a different one. We are team players and keeping your business at Paparazzi Hair Salon is most important to us. Please call within 3 days if you need any adjustments. Depending on if it’s a change of your mind, a miscommunication by you or between you and your stylist will determine if there will be additional charges for the visit. After the 3-day grace period any changes will be treated as a regular appointment. (Calling within the 3 days you may book up to 7 days of original appointment to help accommodate scheduling.)
A cancellation or change in appointment must be made a day before your appointment to avoid a $25 charge added to your bill. A no show appointment will be expected to pay full bill before being able to receive a service. We appreciate your business and want to be able to accommodate all clients. Your time is also valuable to us and want to share the same respect from our clients.
Deposits for weddings, or special occasion hair is non-refundable and cannot be transferred, changed to someone else or another day or time. All deposits are non-refundable.
